Lisa Alajajian Giroux
On January 1, 2023, ASHI will have its first female President, Lisa Alajajian Giroux. An ASHI Member for over 20 years, and ASHI Certified Inspector, Lisa brings a quarter decade of industry experience to the role. Beginning her career as a contractor, Lisa started her home inspection business, HomeQuest Consultants, in 1998. Lisa previously served as ASHI ACI, ASHI 2021 Treasurer, and currently serves as the ASHI 2022 President-Elect.

Rebecca Castro
Rebecca Castro has worked in the inspection industry for almost five years. She is ASHI and CREIA-certified and served as the treasurer and co-chair of education at her LA/VC CREIA chapter. She also serves on the CREIA conference committee. She works for her father’s company, Sunrise Inspections, in business for more than 18 years.
